Six Country and Western, One Rap, One Simpsons

CDs

Country and Western

Greatest Hits by Trisha Yearwood.

Still Feels Good by Rascal Flatts. I don't know their music but they are trying to look real good and disaffected on the album cover. The back of CD booklet has them posing by a house pool in the hills around Los Angeles. I recognize the house, tv shows and movies have been used it as a location.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend by Miranda Lambert. Is Lambert the crazy ex-girlfriend or is she singing about the crazy ex-girlfriend?

Upfront and Lowdown by Teddy Thompson. A cover album of older country western tunes. We have another Thompson album with his original work, Separate Ways.

Seven Miles Out Of Town by Bob Wills and The Texas Playboys. There are still original members of Wills' band out touring.

It's Not Big It's Large by Lyle Lovett and his Large Band. The great Lyle Lovett.

Rap

Graduation by Kanye West.

Soundtrack

The Simpson: a whole lot more original music from the television series by [who knows?]. With great songs like Ode to Branson, What do I think of the Pie?, O Pruny Night, Welcome to Moe's, "Yokel Chords" Medley.
