Lost Pyramids of Rock Lake: Wisconsin's sunken civilization by Frank Joseph. Are there pyramids and remnants of copper mining on the bottom of Rock Lake? That's what this guy and some other people claimi. Ask that guy who works at Sentry - I cannot recall his name - and he'll tell you more than you want to know.
I bought two copies of Lost Pyramids to replace older copies that have worn out or gone missing.

I was quite impressed with Abbott's novel. In fact, the more I remember my conversation with Abbott the more I like her as a person. I imagine this may color my judgment of the novel but the book was still good anyway.

I asked Ruth the Page if she had seen Public Enemies yet. She said "Nope" and went on to say she had never heard of the movie.
"Really?" I say. "They filmed it over in Cottage Grove or somewhere. They shot a scene at the Capitol building, too."
Ruth says, "Nope, never heard of it."
