Fiction
The Last Kind Words Saloon by Larry McMurtry. Not to be confused with Tom Piccirilli's Last Kind Words. This is a western with Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday and characters from previous McMurtry novels.
Walking on Water by Richard Paul Evans. Another romance with a cover photo showing a beach.
DVD
Grand Piano starring Frodo Baggins and Lane Meyer. Pianist with severe stage fright returns to public performance and is threatened with an audience member's murder for every flub he makes.
Large Print
Divergent by Veronica Roth. This title is in so much demand that I had to buy a Large Print.

12 Novels, 2 NonFic
Fiction
The Memory Garden by Mary Rickert. Something about secrets.
The Kill Switch by james Rollins and Grant Blackwood. When I took a motorcycle riding class in 1996 they used the FINE-C acronym for pre-starting procedure. Fuel, Ignition, Neutral, Engine Cut-Off, and Clutch. I always used FINK-C for Kill Switch.
Sniper's Honor by Stephen Hunter. Another sniper book.
The Kraken Project by Douglas Preston. Something about an artificial intelligence program escaping onto the web.
The Son by Jo Nesbo. Guy in prison story. Written by a Norwegian from Norway.
Bittersweet by Miranda Beverly-Whittemore. Girl becomes pal with ultra-rich classmate and finds the violence keeping the family on top.
Child of Mine by Davdi and Beverly Lewis. Another Amish novel.
NonFiction
No Place to Hide: Edward Snowden, the NSA, and the U.S. surveillance state by Glenn Greenwald. That's Glenn with two Ns. Document excerpts but no photos. Greenwald lives in Brazil, I wonder if he has bought tickets for the World Cup or the Olympics.
Fighting Shadows in Vietnam by Michael P. Moynihan, Jr. I keep buying these Vietnam memoirs from McFarland Publishing because they sound real interesting. I'm not sure how well they checkout. We added Killer Kane a couple weeks ago and no one has taken it home. No photographs in this one.
Large Print
Live to See Tomorrow by Iris Johansen.
Field of Prey by John Sandford.
Chestnut Street by Maeve Binchy.
Otherwise Engaged by Amanda Quick.

The ABCs of Zappa's Bastards
DVD
Bastards starring Vincent Lindon, Chiara Mastroianni. "A jagged, daringly fragmented film noir inspired by recent French sex ring scandals."
Bucksville starring Tom Berenger. Kid wants to quit his father's militia.
Frank Zappa's 200 Motels starring The Mothers of Invention, Ringo Starr, Keith Moon. Zappa weirdness. Oh, sorry. Zappa newly restored weirdness
UFC: best of 2013: year in review featuring Jon Jones, Ronda Rousey, others. Lots of punching. And kicking. And kneeing. Elbowing? I guess so, I'm not sure of the rules.
The ABCs of Death starring [many people]. 26 directors assigned letter of the alphabet and tells a tale of terror. There is a dog picture on the back of the DVD case so maybe one director tells a tail of terror.
Prince Killian and the Holy Grail starring [Spaniards]. Crusader in Palestine is told to retrieve the Holy Grail. You know it's dramatic because of the music and choir playing during the trailer.
