Another Gischler. Does the Man Ever Sleep?

Comic Book Novel

Head Trip: Deadpool: Merc with a mouth by Victor Gischler. Aother one of those comic novels with a guy dressed in tights and wearing a mask. This also has the requisite guys with steroidal muscles and gals with big knockers. Also includes: a blimp, floating zombie head, sandwiches, spaceship, dinosaurs, monsters, and some guy who looks like Tarzan.

A Whole Stack of Fiction

Killer Inside Me starring Casey Affleck, Jessica Alba, Kate Hudson. The novel is a cornerstone of noir writing but I don't remember much about the novel except that I did not like it.

Iron Man 2 starring Robert Downey, Jr. Guy in fancy space suit battles steroid laden actor.

Get Him to the Greek starring Jonah Hill and Russell Brand. Music company executive responsible for getting wild living rock star to a concert in Los Angeles. Kind of like My Favorite Year but without Peter O'Toole.

The Power by Rhonda Byrne. Some sequel to that Secret book.

The Valcourt Heiress by Catherine Coulter. Set in medieval England. Romance and adventure.

Deja Vu by Fern Michaels. Have I seen this before?

Painted Ladies by Robert B. Parker. The last of the Parker novels finished by Parker? I do not know.

Reversal by Michael Connelly. Another novel featuring Los Angeles attorney Mickey Haller. Defense attorney Haller ends up taking a prosecution job and working with Harry Bosch and Haller's ex-wife to prosecute a child murderer granted a retrial.
