Bomb Squad: a year inside the nation's most exclusive police unit by Richard Esposito and Ted Gersten. Two reporters for television program Nightline did a profile on the NYPD Bomb Squad and decided to do a book. A modern day and historical look at the Bomb Squad.

Armed and Dangerous: the hunt for one of America's most wanted criminals by William Queen. Queen worked for the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms for 20 years. Queen previously wrote Under and Alone about his undercover investigation of a California biker gang. Queen's previous experiences as a hunter and Special Forces soldier make him the ideal cop to track down a notoriously violent narcotics trafficker in the San Bernardino mountains.
