Beverly Hills Dead by Stuart Woods. Former policeman Rick Barron is not head of production at Centurion Studios during the Red Scare. "The witch hunt is spreading, and with it come deception, murder, and dirty dealings."

Standard of Honor by Jack Whyte. Knights of Templar reinvade the Holy Lands under the sadist and egomaniac Richard the Lionhearted. Master-at-arms Sir Henry and his son Andre are compelled to attend.

Rowdy in Paris by Tim Sandlin. Rowdy celebrates his one and only championship win with two French gals. Rowdy wakes the next morning to find his championship belt buckle has been taken by the ladies. Rowdy heads to Paris to recover it. Comedic hijinks ensue.

Their Christmas Wish Come True by Cara Colter. A Harlequin paperback.

Swimming Without a Net by Mary Janice Davidson. Mermaid gets involved with "hunky marine biologist" while on a visit to the royal merfamily in the Cayman Islands.

Poetry

Collected Poems by Philip Larkin. "One of the best-known and best-loved poets of the English-speaking world." Accessible poetry that is enjoyable to read.
