The Glass Ocean by Beatriz Williams, Lauren Willig, Karen White. All three authors live in different places. I wonder how often they met in person to strategize. Not often I suspect. Most everything could be done by trading drafts and talking on the phone. Would in-person meetings more likely devolve into screwing around as they drank coffee and talked about family, dogs, politics?
