Tom Piccirilli Does Great Work, I Don't Know About the Rest

Fiction

Shadow Season by Tom Piccirilli. Blinded ex-cop Finn is teaching at "an isolated girls' prep school" when "a group of innocent studetns has been put in harm's way by a pair of vicious criminals stalking Finn for unknown reasons."

Secret of Everything by Barba O'neal. "Life is a treasure hunt - and the key is closer than you think."

Serpent in the Thorns by Jeri Westerson. I bought this for two reasons. 1. The cover illustration seemed unique but disturbingly romance-like. 2. The words "Medieval Noir".

Rogue Warrior: Seize the Day by Richard Marcinko and Jim DeFelice. Demolition Dick does a video impersonation of Castro declaring freedom. When the video is intercepted Demo Dick travels to Cuba.

Veracity by Laura Bynum. A future government controls the population through sex, drugs, and the "slate" that monitors every word you say. Utter a forbidden word and the Blue Coats come to get you. What happens when your daughter rebels against the government and her name is forbidden?

Ice by Linda Howard. Chick book.

Bryant and May on the Loose by Christopher Fowler. "A Peculiar Crimes Unit mystery"

Redemption by Karen Kingsbury w/ Gary Smalley. "A Baxter family drama" Kari Jacobs is "furious, hurt, and confused" when her professor husband has an affair with a student.

Hidden Flame by Davis Bunn and Janette Oke.

Shades of Blue by Karen Kingsbury. Guy in twenties heads home to get forgiveness from an old girlfriend.

Snapped by Pamela Klaffke. Style guru Sara is losing her mojo. "Fueled by alcohol, nicotine and self-loathing, Sara launches into a cringeworthy but often comic series of blowups - personal, professional and provate - that culminte in an epiphany."
