Brewer's Apprentice by Greg Koch and Matt Allyn.  I'm not sure how many home brewers are in town or how many of them like brewing books, but the photos are fantastic.  Includes interviews and information from several master brewers.

Light and Healthy Cooking: 250 delicious, satisfying, guilt-free recipes edited by Rosemary Ellis.  From Good Housekeeping.

Vegan Slow Cooker by Kathy Hester.

French Classics Made Easy by Richard Grausman.  250 recipes.  "Ten-minute souffle, a contemporary Bouillabaisse, a lighter, quicker cassoulet".
