Dare Me by Megan Abbott. Abbott's latest novel on high school cheerleaders, their new cheer coach, and a suicide has gotten a lot of press. Dare Me has been plugged by Oprah, several major newspapers, Entertainment Weekly, New York Magazine, and prominent writers. Abbott does good work and now the zeitgeist has attacked!
